Do you feel stuck, overwhelmed or disconnected from the life you want?

Perhaps you're struggling with relationships, work, identity, confidence or simply finding it difficult to make sense of how you're feeling.

As a person-centred psychotherapist, I offer a confidential and non-judgemental space where you don't have to pretend that everything is okay.

I have a particular interest in working with men and with issues relating to relationships, sexuality, identity, culture and emotional wellbeing. As a Black therapist, I also understand that experiences of race, culture, masculinity and belonging can sometimes form an important part of the therapeutic conversation.

My aim is not to tell you what you should do. Instead, I work alongside you to understand your experience and help you develop a deeper understanding of yourself and what you want from your life and relationships.

A London-based online psychotherapy service where clients can feel seen and heard.

A woman sits at a desk, looking at her reflection in a mirror with writing on it. She appears contemplative, with her hand on her chest. The mirror has the words 'I am enough, I am growing, I am worthy' written on it. On the wall behind her, there is a framed quote that reads, 'I am still discovering who I am becoming.' The desk has a notebook, pen, and a mug with the phrase 'be kind to yourself.' There is a window with curtains and a potted plant nearby.
